PROJECT RELATED GRIEVANCES

Any individual who feels threatened or harmed due to any of the specific activities of the “Inclusive Primary Education Improvement Project” may submit a complaint/grievance. More detailed information regarding the grievance mechanism within the IPEIP Project is available HERE
Complaints may be submitted by:
– citizens who believe they are threatened or harmed due to construction works carried out within the project (relocation from premises where construction works are being implemented, unresolved property issues, land acquisition, expropriation, environmental impact, inadequate safety during works, and similar);
– citizens affected in any way by project activities in the local community which they consider to be harmful (inappropriate behavior of project staff and contractors, violation of rights, lack of fairness, and similar).
The complaint is submitted by completing the complaint form in one of the following ways:
1) By completing the electronic form, which you can find here.
After filling in all fields, click the icon labeled “Submit” at the bottom of the page and the form will be sent automatically. Please note that you can submit only one form once; you cannot return to edit the same form after it has been submitted, i.e., after clicking “Submit”.
2) By completing the form in Word, which you can find here.
After completing the form, you can submit it in two ways:
a) Save it and send it by electronic mail (e-mail) to: zalbe.ipeip@prosveta.gov.rs
b) Print it and send it by post to the following address:

You may also submit a complaint without providing your personal data and contact information, i.e., anonymously. In that case, the response will be published on the website of the project “Inclusive Primary Education Improvement Project” ipeip.prosveta.gov.rs
