The Serbia Inclusive Primary Education Improvement Project (IPEIP) is being implemented by the Ministry of Education with the support of the loan Loan No. 9851-YF from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD).

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The objective of the project is to improve the quality of teaching and learning environment in selected primary schools in Serbia, particularly in underdeveloped and severely underdeveloped cities and municipalities. Activities aimed at achieving this objective are primarily carried out through a combined introduction of enriched learning programs focused on developing cognitive and non-cognitive skills, as well as improved school management practices and teaching practices through the implementation of school improvement plans.

The Serbia Inclusive Primary Education Improvement Project consists of three components:

1. Strengthening Assessment and Teaching

2. Improving Learning Conditions in Targeted Primary Schools to Enable Whole-Day Schooling
2.1 School Improvement Plans and School Leadership
2.2 Enriched Learning Programs

3.1 Promoting Communication for Inclusivity
3.2 Improving System Monitoring, Evaluation and Management
